We’re looking for a Deck/mate to join an 80ft private sailing yacht based in Palma for winters with a busy, family-use program for the Mediterranean summer. Great owners who value high standards and teamwork.

You’ll join a tight-knit crew, the captain has been onboard since build and the chef for the last 5 summer seasons. The interior duties and service is shared equally between the 3 crew. 

Looking for someone who already has their YM Offshore and couple of seasons’ experience is preferred, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn count just as much. The Captain enjoys mentoring green crew. During the winter months all crew live off the boat - if you don't have your own accommodation it will be provided.

Qualifications required: YM Offshore, minimum 1 seasons experience on a similar sized sailing yacht, willingness to help out on the interior
