65+m new build private sail yacht is looking for a  chef to join in the yard early January prior to launching in spring.

They are looking for an experienced large sail yacht chef who ideally has been involved with galley set ups previously.

Owners enjoy healthy, balanced dishes - Mediterranean, asian, middle easter fusion cuisine. The chef should be confident in producing refined yet nutritious dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients, catering to both relaxed family-style dining and elevated presentation when required.

Strong organisational ability, attention to detail, and clear communication with the interior and build teams will be key during the yard phase. The vessel will spend its first season cruising the Mediterranean, with future cruising plans to be confirmed.

Qualifications required: 5+ years in the industry on large sail yachts,
