A 90ft performance sailing yacht is seeking an experienced and motivated 1st Mate to join the crew ahead of the Caribbean season. Ideally, the successful candidate will join mid-November for the Atlantic crossing, though there is flexibility to embark mid-December in Antigua.

The program includes two regattas and several owner trips during the Caribbean season before returning to the Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and ready to take on responsibility, with the confidence to manage the vessel in the Captain’s absence. An interest in watersports would be a bonus.

This is a three-crew program with the opportunity for a couple’s position alongside a Cook/Stew. The yacht runs with a well-established race and delivery crew.

Qualifications required: YM Offshore ideally, 2 seasons minimum, any kind of regatta background is a bonus.
