Chef 36m SY
Seeking a female chef for a 36m SY. This is mixed charter and private use and will be doing the Caribbean season before making way to Panama, Costa Rica and Tahiti.
They are planning to cross from Europe to the Caribbean late November and aim to have charters in January. Their first confirmed charter in is the San Blas Islands in Feb, then Panama/Costa Rica in March.
They need a female chef due to cabin arrangements. The right candidate will need to have a high level of cooking and be able to provide 3 course fine dining menus for guests and owners. Must be confident with provisioning for the delivery and be able to manage and run all aspects of the galley, including providing menu plans for charters, interact with guests on preferences and provisioning with agents.Itinerary: Caribbean- Costa Rica- South Pacific
