A 42m MY is seeking a female Deckhand/Stewardess (due to cabin arrangements). Privately owned by an American family for 25+ years, the yacht was  runs with a crew of 9 and has an excellent record of crew longevity.

The role will be split between deck and interior duties — assisting senior crew with maintenance, cleaning, and guest service to the highest standards.

They are looking for a positive, discreet, and adaptable team player with excellent timing and service awareness. Ideal for someone who values a stable, family-style program and work-life balance.

This is a stable, family-style program with excellent owner relations and a balanced schedule.

Itinerary: Primarily West Palm Beach–based with occasional Bahamas trips and light guest use in Newport during summer.

Requirements:

• US citizen or Green Card holder
• Valid STCW & ENG1
• Professional, discreet, and confident with guests
• Non-smoker, no visible tattoos
• Tender driving experience preferred
