We are seeking an Engineer currently enrolled in the SV route or close to obtaining their MEOL to join a high-performance sailing yacht in rotational capacity. Candidates should have at least 2–3 years’ experience on sailing yachts, working as either Sole Engineer or 2nd Engineer. The KW is below 350, so ideally someone who already has their sea time. 

The vessel operates with a crew of five, so this role suits someone who enjoys a hands-on, collaborative environment. You should be confident on deck, comfortable sailing in a dynamic program, and ready to assist when and where required.

The yacht will spend winter 2025–26 in the Caribbean, followed by a Scandinavian summer season. The winter of 2026–27 will be yard-based in Mallorca.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who values a mix of technical responsibility and active sailing, joining an experienced team aboard a well-run yacht.
