A 33m SY is looking for a Sole Deckhand to join them in the Mallorca prior to crossing to the Caribbean for the winter. This is a private, dual season boat which will be a mix of regattas and cruising. 

They will run with a permanent crew of 4 with the 5th crew member as deckhand who will be on in between boss trips and off the boat when guests come on. Candidates must have a good understanding of sailing and running the deck. A keen interest or basic understanding of engineer would be preferred as you will be required to help with this.
This will suit someone who has prior experience on sailing yachts as  deckhand with a strong sailing background.
