A 60+m performance SY is seeking a rotational Chief Officer to join in Feb 2026. This will be a 10:10 rotation, and a private program with regattas and world wide itinerary, including off the beaten track destinations.

This will be to rotate with the long standing current Chief Officer who has been with the program many years and knows the boat well. 

They will consider relevant experience over tickets and seeking candidates with extensive hands on sailing experience, a racing background and a motivated character who can run the deck team of 5.

Qualifications required: Yacht master ocean min- ideally OOW

Itinerary: Caribbean racing- world cruising

Male/female: Male DTCA
