Temp Christmas and NYE chef - St Moritz
We need an experienced chef who is used to cooking for larger numbers and different dietary requirements. Guests will be in residence from the 26th of December until the 4th of January, ideally you would be there 2 days before and after to prep and shut down the kitchen. It will be between 20-25 people every day - the principal couple, their 6 children and families. You will be put up in hotel close by and wouldn't live in.
They enjoy healthy and varied meals and cuisines, prior to trip you would be given extensive hand over notes so menus could be planned and decided.
Qualifications required: prior private/yacht chef experience for HNWI.
