We are seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join a 128ft new-build sailing yacht, currently in the final stages of construction in Finland. The start date will ideally be in  February but could be as late as March. 

The interior is already well progressed, with linen, uniforms, and crockery in place. Your role will focus on overseeing the final fit-out, maintaining and protecting the interior during commissioning, and ensuring everything comes together smoothly prior to launch.

Following sea trials, the yacht will cruise down to the Mediterranean for its first summer season with the owners. For the first two years, the yacht will winter in Mallorca, with exciting plans for world cruising thereafter.

The owners are lovely, down-to-earth individuals with a background in hospitality, looking for a personable candidate who can create a warm and family orientated atmosphere onboard.

Qualifications required: 2+ years as sole or 2nd stew on sailing yachts, ideally someone with hospitality background
