A 38m SY is seeking an Engineer to join their dual season, private program. They will do the occasional regatta and seeking an engineer who is also a keen sailor who can hold a watch.

candidates will have some good support from the Captain, but must feel confident with problem solving and working independently. Prior experience as Sole Engineer would be ideal or strong experience as 2nd with a good sailing background.

There is a real team effort on board and the crew enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle.
