A 40m modern classic SY is seeking a First Mate to join in the New Year. This is a well established, private, dual season program and runs with 5 crew.

Candidates will hold a min Yacht Master offshore and have prior experience running the deck independently. Must be comfortable holding a navigational watch and working well as a team.

They have a generally well structured itinerary which allows for good forward planning. 

They have a healthy and active crew, and hoping to find someone to compliment this dynamic,
