A J-Class is seeking a hands-on and experienced Bosun to join their active and well-run private program. This is a dual-season itinerary, forming part of a larger fleet of professionally managed yachts.

The yacht is currently in the Caribbean and will then head to the US east coast for next summer.

Candidates will have proven longevity in previous roles and have experience on large sailing yachts. They do a mix of private cruising and racing. You work as part of a team of 3 on deck, so you need to be able to guide and help further and train the deckhand. 

The team onboard are all active and a good bunch of people. They do a lot of water sports related activities as a crew together. 

Qualifications required: Yacht master Offshore minimum, 2 years experience minimum on larger sailing yachts, B1/B2 in hand is a bonus
