40m modern classic sailing yacht is looking for a Sole Stewardess to join within the next month ideally, however there is some flexibility and the start date could be as late as early February. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, bubbly, enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about their role, with a strong focus on service and creating exceptional experiences for both owners and guests.

A minimum of one year’s yachting experience is required, with a solid hospitality background highly preferred. The successful candidate will be confident managing the interior independently, have excellent time-management skills and be well organised, proactive and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.

This is a private dual-season program, with participation in a couple of regattas each year. The yacht offers a fun, sporty and supportive crew culture onboard, with a close-knit team who enjoy an active lifestyle. The owners are lovely, enjoy sailing, and like to have fun and make the most of their time onboard.
