A 30m performance SY is seeking an Engineer to join in the Caribbean for Jan. This is a well established, dual season program which will be mixed charter and private use with approx 2 regattas year including the St Barths Bucket.

They run with 4 crew: Captain, Chef/Stew, Engineer and Mate. It is not a dual responsibility role, but you will still need to be happy to assist on deck with sailing when needed. They have their first charter in Feb and will hope to do 6 weeks of charter over the year with a few repeat guests..

They have a 40 ft container that accompanies the program.

They are offering a competitive package with 60 days leave.
