First Mate 35m SY- world cruising


A 35m SY is seeking a First Mate to join their exciting world cruising program. This is a private, well loved boat with the same owners for over 15 years. They have sailed extensively and still have a keen interest in sailing. Their plans for the next year include: Caribbean, Pacific, NZ- Indonesia

They run with a crew of 5, so it is a Sole Deck/Mate role. Candidates must be confident with running and maintaining the deck independently and be confident with holding a navigational watch.

There is good provision for day workers when needed and they take on experienced delivery crew to help with longer passages.

Over time and once established there will be the opportunity or additional responsibilities which could include drive time.

They are due to leave for the Caribbean around Jan 7th.

Qualifications required: Yacht master offshore
