A 60m SY is looking for an experienced Deckhand to join in the Caribbean. They will be participating in one regatta this season and the summer will be a mix of cruising in Norway and the Western Mediterranean.

This will suit someone who is driven, enthusiastic and passionate about their job. There is an excellent structure in place to create progression within the program as well as with qualifications, skills and knowledge. 

Candidates will have a minimum 1-2 years experience on30m+ SY.

You need to have grown up sailing and racing, have a strong interest and background in water sports. A strong knowledge of deck products and general maintenance is required. You need to be organised, hard working, fastidious with inventories and keeping storage spaces neat and tidy on deck. 

Longevity in previous roles and impeccable references are a must. 

Qualifications required: YM Offshore minimum, Dive qualification would be a bonus
