Engineer 38m SY

A 38m commercial sailing yacht is looking for an Engineer to join in the Med. We are seeking candidates that meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 3  years experience as an engineer within the superyacht industry with at least 2 years of engineering experience on a 24m+ Sailing Yacht

  • Minimum of an AEC 2 COC but preferred  SCV MEOL / EOOW.

  • Yacht master COC (YM Ocean a bonus)

  • Big boat Sailing experience is a must - candidates without this will not be considered.

  • 2026 Med Race programme, with further med-based cruising. 

  • Single-season vessel based in Spain over the winter.

  • Wages Industry standard
