Rotation Chef 50m SY
A 50m modern classic SY is seeking a rotational Chef to join for the end of Feb in the Caribbean. This is a private program with good longevity in the team.
They are currently in the Caribbean until mid-April with summer probably in Europe this year.
Good owners who enjoy getting to know the crew.
The crew are a mix of nationalities and enjoy sports, fitness and doing activities together. We
want a chef who is very much part of the crew and joins in.
The owners enjoy healthy and varied meals, presented well. Limited dairy for the owners and a focus on reduced refined sugars. Candidates must be competent and confident with provisioning and maintaining stocks and galley stores, galley accounts, budgeting and menu planning.
