A 38 sailing yacht is seeking a rotational First Mate to start ASAP, joining a well-established private program. The successful candidate will need to have a valid B1/B2 in hand, and available to cover the next eight months, with the role potentially leading to a full-time rotational position for the right candidate.

This position is suited to an experienced and capable First Mate with a strong sailing background, who is confident supporting the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the yacht. The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive and safety-focused, with solid watchkeeping, deck operations and crew leadership skills. The ability to step up when required and maintain smooth day-to-day operations is essential.
