A new-build 128ft sailing yacht is seeking a Chef to join the program ahead of its first summer season. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a brand-new yacht with systems and standards already thoughtfully set up.

The yacht will be cruising the Mediterranean, with the first 2 winters based in Mallorca. The ideal candidate will have around two years of experience in the yachting industry, with some form of sailing background as this will be an active sailing program. The galley will be fully equipped and operational upon joining, having been set up by an experienced sailing yacht chef, allowing for a smooth transition into the role.

The owners are looking for a chef who is well organised, confident running the galley independently, and comfortable with provisioning, menu planning and budgeting. A friendly and approachable personality is important, as the role involves interacting with guests and contributing to a relaxed, welcoming onboard atmosphere.

The preferred start date is between 1 May and the end of May, depending on availability.

Qualifications required: around 2 years of experience, restaurant and sailing background preferred
