A 37m motor yacht is seeking a Chief (Sole) Engineer to join a well-established program on a full-time basis, starting in March.

This is a private and charter yacht operating a single Mediterranean season, with winters spent in Spain. The program is well structured and steady, offering a consistent schedule and clear expectations.

The role is suited to a hands-on sole engineer who is confident running the engine room independently while also being an active and engaged member of a small crew. With a total crew of six, this is a role that requires flexibility - teamwork and a proactive attitude are essential.

The required qualification is SV Chief (Y3 equivalent). The position is offered on a SEA contract with standard leave accrual. A good salary and annual bonus are on offer for the right candidate.
