A 32m SY is seeking a seasonal first mate to join in the Med for April until October.

This is a private program and will mostly be sailing out of Sardinia and attending regattas with the owners race boat.

This could be open to a couple along with a sole stew.

Candidates must have a minimum 1-2 years experience on sailing yachts as deckhand and hold a yacht master coastal or offshore.

Competence confidence with deck maintenance and sailing is required.
