A prestigious 40m+ modern classic sailing yacht is seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join a strong and professional team for the upcoming Mediterranean summer season.

The program includes a couple of Mediterranean regattas, combined with owner trips in between, offering a varied season that balances high-level sailing with attentive guest service. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Sole Stew who enjoys being part of an active, performance-driven yacht while maintaining high interior standards.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in running the interior independently, with strong service skills, excellent organisation and attention to detail. A positive, adaptable attitude is essential, along with the ability to integrate smoothly into an established team environment.

The winter season will be spent in Mallorca for a yard period.

Qualifications required: Minimum 2-3 years sole/2nd stew experience on sailing yachts, regatta experience preferred.

Itinerary: Mediterranean summer cruising and racing, Winter Palma.
