First Mate J class


A well regarded J class sailing yacht is seeking a First Mate to join at the end of March in the Caribbean.

This is a well established, private program with summer in the USA and winter in the Caribbean, will be taking over from a long standing First Mate.

Candidates will come from a strong sailing background, ideally on performance yachts and be organised and capable of leading a deck team with bosun and deckhand. Thorough knowledge of deck maintenance required and must be a capable watch leader.
