A prestigious 40m+ modern classic sailing yacht is seeking a rotation Chef to join a strong and professional team for the upcoming Mediterranean summer season. This will be a 2:2 rotation to start in May.

The program includes a couple of Mediterranean regattas, combined with owner trips in between, offering a varied season that balances high-level sailing with attentive guest service. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Sole Chef to join an active, performance-driven yacht while maintaining high standards in the galley.

The ideal candidate will be experienced as sole chef and ideally have previous experience with regatta programs. Must feel confident with catering for 7 crew and guests. Typically, the owners will use the boat for approx 5 weeks per year. Candidates must be well versed with a variety of cuisines, with a preference for healthy dishes and seafood.

A positive, adaptable attitude is essential, along with the ability to integrate smoothly into an established team environment.

The winter season will be spent in Mallorca for a yard period.

Qualifications required: Prior experience as Sole Chef or Sous Chef
