Seasonal Chef J class SY

Experienced chef required for summer season on board 37m J-class - Minimum 3/4 years within the industry.

  • Previous high end Restaurant experience preferred

  • Previous high end Superyacht chef experience a must 

  • Michelin experience preferred

  • Different cuisine experience

  • Utilisation of regional & seasonal fresh produce, experience with gluten free and allergies.

  • Exceptional culinary presentation

  • Ability to function under high pressure food preparation situations.

  • Qualifications - food hygiene certificate, ENG1 , STCW

  • Salary DOE.

Itinerary: Seasonal position, Mediterranean
