Experienced chef required for summer season on board 37m J-class - Minimum 3/4 years within the industry.
Previous high end Restaurant experience preferred
Previous high end Superyacht chef experience a must
Michelin experience preferred
Different cuisine experience
Utilisation of regional & seasonal fresh produce, experience with gluten free and allergies.
Exceptional culinary presentation
Ability to function under high pressure food preparation situations.
Qualifications - food hygiene certificate, ENG1 , STCW
Salary DOE.
