A new build 37m performance sailing yacht is seeking an experienced First Mate and Sole Stewardess couple to join for the commissioning period and launch of this exciting project. This is a performance sloop being built for an active owner who genuinely enjoys sailing.

The programme will benefit from strong continuity, as the Captain, Chef, and Engineer are moving across from the owner’s previous yacht to this new build, ensuring a smooth transition and well-established onboard dynamic.

The couple will join on 1st June in Finland. The First Mate must have prior experience running the deck independently, be a competent watch leader and confident sailor, with a minimum of Yachtmaster Offshore. Experience on performance sailing yachts is highly desirable.

The Sole Stewardess could be a strong Second Stewardess ready to step up and run the interior independently, or someone with previous Sole Stew experience. They should be confident with service, well organised, possess excellent time management skills, and work effectively alongside the Chef in a close-knit team environment.
