A 39m motor yacht is seeking a full-time Engineer to join a well-established Mediterranean-based program.

The ideal candidate will hold a Y3 / Y4 (or equivalent) qualification and be confident managing the engineering responsibilities onboard a yacht of this size. This is a hands-on role requiring a practical, solutions-focused engineer who is organised, proactive and comfortable working within a small team. During trips, the engineer will also be expected to assist wherever required, as this is very much a team-player environment where everyone contributes to the smooth running of the yacht.

The yacht operates primarily within the Mediterranean, with a Palma-base during the winter period. The program is steady and well run, offering consistency and a structured schedule.

This is a full-time position, with the possibility of rotation being considered after the first year onboard.
