Temp Captain - 40m SY - Costa Rica to Tahiti

A 40m+ modern classic sailing yacht is seeking an experienced Captain for a temporary cover position from mid March to Mid May.

You would be joining in Costa Rica, starting with one owner trip, followed by a delivery to Tahiti. Ideally looking for a Captain with previous Pacific passage experience.

The ideal candidate will be a strong sailor with solid offshore experience as Captain on similar sized yachts or larger. A calm and practical approach, along with good crew leadership, will be key.

Qualifications required: YM Ocean minimum, previous experience as captain on similar sized yachts, ideally cruised in the pacific before
