27m Modern Classic Sailing Yacht (Seasonal Position)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated female Chef / Stewardess for a seasonal position onboard a 27m modern classic sailing yacht for the upcoming Mediterranean season.
Position Details:
• Start: April
• Duration: April – November (seasonal contract)

• Guest Capacity: Maximum 6 guests
Cruising plans are currently being finalised. Owner trips are expected to run between May and September, typically 7–14 days in duration, with approximately 5–10 days between trips for yacht relocation, crew rest, and preparation.
The Role:
This is a dual-role position suited to someone confident managing both galley operations and interior service to a high standard. The yacht is privately owned, operating with a small, professional crew and a hands-on team dynamic. Discretion, organisation, and a positive attitude are essential.
The captain and deck crew assist with service and cabin turn-downs whenever possible, fostering a supportive and team-oriented working environment.
The owner particularly enjoys Asian cuisine, so confidence in preparing high-quality Asian-inspired dishes would be highly valued. Dining onboard is relaxed and family-style rather than formal plated service, and crew dine together with the owner and/or guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing fresh, well-presented Mediterranean and Asian cuisine
• Menu planning, provisioning, and full galley management
• Interior detailing and housekeeping
• Guest service during owner trips
• Laundry and general interior upkeep
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in a similar dual-role position
• Strong culinary skills with an adaptable repertoire
• Sailing experience is a bonus
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Positive team player with strong attention to detail
• STCW and ENG1 required
