A great land-based opportunity has become available for a couple looking to transition ashore and settle into a stable, long-term role. The position is based in Mallorca, and candidates must already have the legal right to live and work in Spain.

This is a live-in position responsible for overseeing and maintaining a large private property, including beautiful gardens, extensive grounds and a tennis court. The property will primarily be used as an overflow residence for guests and business associates, with occasional summer rentals possible. At this stage there is no winter guest usage expected, with the focus during that period mainly on maintenance and upkeep.

One person will take responsibility for the interior management of the house, including housekeeping, organisation and maintaining the property to a high standard. The house consists of eight bedrooms, and during the summer months when guests are present, additional staff will be brought in to assist.

The second role focuses on property and exterior management. This individual should be practical and hands-on, capable of handling general maintenance and small repair jobs around the property. Responsibilities will also include overseeing contractors, coordinating with the gardeners who attend three times per week, maintaining exterior areas, assisting with driving when required, and ensuring the property runs smoothly day-to-day.

The owners are looking for a trustworthy and experienced couple who are comfortable working independently and managing the property with minimal supervision. Honesty, discretion and reliability are essential. The right candidates will have a positive attitude, be proactive and able to take ownership of the role, understanding the level of care expected for a property of this standard.

The owners place a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships and looking after their staff, creating a friendly and respectful working environment built on trust. The staff from their primary property will be available to do a "handover" of the owners expectations to ensure a smooth transition and clear understanding of the property standards.

Accommodation is provided in a private freestanding guesthouse on the property, offering a self-sufficient and secluded living space. A car will also be available for property errands and provisioning.

Qualifications required: Previous experience working together in other households or yachts, excellent references, right to live and work in Spain, drivers licenses for both individuals
