We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a new build 60m MY prior to launch in May.

This will be a private/charter programme with a Med summer and Med winter. The yacht is due for delivery in May, with the majority of procurement already completed, and will have a busy summer ahead.

This is a rotational position and runs with a team of four/five on the interior. A rotational 2nd Stewardess is already in place, and the programme is supported by an owner’s representative, management company, and a central charter agent. The owner has previous experience with smaller vessels and is looking to run an active, well-organised yacht with strong service standards.

We are looking for a confident and capable Chief Stewardess with proven experience in a similar-sized team and environment, ideally with both private and charter exposure. Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential, along with a solid background in managing interior operations, guest service and charter preparation. This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a busy programme, and can bring structure and energy to a newly formed team.

The position is available ASAP for the right candidate, with flexibility around start date.
