A beautiful 40m+ sailing yacht is seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join in May.

This is a well-established private program, offering a great opportunity to step into a role with strong foundations and excellent history of crew longevity. The yacht runs with six crew and has a reputation for a positive working environment with a great owner.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organised and confident running the interior independently, with a strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards throughout. You will be the main point of contact for owners and guests, so a natural, polished service style and excellent communication skills are essential. A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a close-knit team are key.

This is a steady and well-planned program, allowing time for proper preparation and organisation, with the budget and support in place to maintain the yacht to a high standard. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys consistency and structure.

The yacht cruises the Caribbean for winter with one regatta, summers are spent on the US East coast between Newport and Maine.

Candidates should have a minimum of one year’s experience as a Stewardess, with a sailing yacht background preferred.

Qualifications required: previous sail yacht experience, minimum 1 year on yachts, hospitality background preferred, B1/B2 visa or ability to get one
