A modern classic 60+ SY is seeking an experienced and motivated 3rd Stew to join their well reputed team.

This is a highly regarded and well established program, which is private and dual season.

They run with an interior team of 3 and have an excellent record of crew longevity, and like to nurture professional progression and learning.

The coming summer will include some time in the yard in Amsterdam in May, followed by Norway and back to the Med. They will have a maintenance period in Palma at the end of the summer before crossing to the Caribbean where they will have some boss trips and do the St Baths Bucket regatta.

The role would suit someone who has prior experience on sailing yachts and comes from a service industry background. Candidates must have a sound understanding of what is required to maintain the interior, manage laundry and work as a team member. A williingness and motivationto learn and show initiative is essential.

There are incentives in place to reward longevity and they are seeking someone who would hope to commit longterm.
