A 43m SY is seeking an experienced Chief stew to join them in the Med. This is a dual season program with mixed charter and private use. They have recently completed a refit and summer will be spent in the Med prior to crossing to the Caribbean. The interior runs with 2 stews. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong prior experience as Chief or Sole Stew, or an experienced 2nd looking to step up. Prior experience with charters will be preferred. Must have excellent organisational skills, be hands on and lead by example. Confidence with service and being front of house is essential.
