First Mate 40+M SY

Seeking an experienced First Mate for a 40+m SY. This is a dual season program with mixed charter and private use, with summer in the Med and winter in the Caribbean. Longer term there are potential plans to go further afield which is something the owners have enjoyed in previous years.

The deck runs with a First Mate and Deckhand. Ideal candidates will have a Yacht Master Ocean but YM offshore is min requirements. Seeking someone with proven longevity in previous roles, a confident watch leader and experienced sailor.

Qualifications required: Yacht master offshore min- Yacht master ocean preferred
