Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum Yachtmaster qualification

•⁠ ⁠At least 2 years’ experience on deck in a similar role on a similar sized vessel

•⁠ ⁠Strong sailing background with a genuine passion for sailing yachts

•⁠ ⁠Confident operating captive winches under heavy loads, fully battened mainsail, and Park Avenue boom systems

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable acting as a watch leader

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Assist with all sailing operations, ensuring safe and efficient handling at all times

•⁠ ⁠Maintain high standards across all deck operations and exterior detailing

•⁠ ⁠Implement and manage deck maintenance programs, with a solid understanding of products and best practices

•⁠ ⁠Support the wider crew and contribute to a positive team dynamic onboard
