Chief stewardess - 46m SY
A 46m performance sailing yacht is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a well-established private program.
This is a high-standard interior on a yacht that is sailed actively when the owners are onboard. The program runs Mediterranean summers and Caribbean winters, with a potential regatta in 2026 and a Pacific itinerary planned for early 2027. The yacht is well maintained with a professional, structured setup.
The owners use the yacht for family trips, typically 8–9 trips per year, ranging from one to two weeks, with the occasional short adult-only trip. This is a family-oriented yacht with a focus on consistency and standards.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years’ experience as a Chief Stewardess on high-end yachts, and must be confident running the interior at a high level. This is not a step-up role. Strong organisational skills are essential, including experience with stock control systems such as Voly, and maintaining a well-run, efficient interior. Service onboard is formal but not silver service, with attention to detail and presentation expected at all times.
The yacht has good crew retention, a mixed and balanced crew dynamic, and a professional but down-to-earth atmosphere onboard.
