We are seeking a Mate to join a modern 37m SY. This is a busy, well-run sailing programme with an exciting global itinerary ahead. The role is ideally to start ASAP to join for a Caribbean to Med crossing, though there is some flexibility for the right candidate. This is a hands-on position suited to someone confident running deck operations, supporting passages and guest trips, and working closely within a tight-knit crew.

The programme offers a varied and adventurous cruising schedule, including a Mediterranean season, followed by Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean and further international cruising into South America and beyond. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to be part of a long-term programme with real variety, balanced with a professional structure onboard.

We are looking for a Yachtmaster Offshore (or higher) with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, strong English communication, and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
