We are seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join a 40m sailing yacht in Italy. This is a great opportunity for someone confident running the interior independently, delivering a high standard of service during charters while maintaining excellent organisation and presentation onboard. The role also requires a team player who is happy to assist across departments when needed to support a smooth operation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience on yachts over 30m, with proven ability to manage the interior solo and strong charter experience. A positive, proactive mindset is key, along with strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to longevity. Wine knowledge and confidence in beverage service would be a bonus, alongside the ability to adapt in a fast-paced charter environment.

The position offers a competitive salary and the chance to join a well-run sailing programme cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean, with potential for further world cruising.
