We are seeking a Sole Engineer to join a 37m SY, currently based in Palma de Mallorca and undergoing winter works. This is a private, UK-owned programme with Mediterranean cruising planned across France, Italy and Greece. The role would suit a hands-on engineer confident managing the engine room independently, with strong maintenance and fault-finding ability across all onboard systems.

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of AEC 1 & 2 (or higher), with additional trade qualifications or practical experience highly regarded. A background on similar-sized vessels is preferred, along with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work well within a small team. Deck-related certifications such as Powerboat Level II, Yacht Rating or Day Skipper would be a bonus.

We are looking for someone available to start as soon as possible, who is motivated, reliable and looking to join a stable, well-maintained programme.
