A 50m SY Is seeking a female deckhand to join them in the USA for mid May/June.

This a well established private, dual season program with the summer spent in the USA followed by the Caribbean. Longer term the owners plan to sail further afield.

The deck runs with 3 and they are looking for a motivated, self starter who can bring a good energy to the team. Candidates must come from a sailing background and have prior experience on sailing yachts over 30m.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an experienced deck crew and there are good incentives in place to encourage longevity and professional progression.

Candidates must hold a B1B2 visa.

Qualifications required: Ideally yacht master
