We are seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a well-run private programme with a highly personable owner and a strong, long-standing crew dynamic. This is a permanent, non-rotational position, joining a team of 10 crew with a team of 3 in the interior. The role is available due to the current Chief Stew moving on after three successful years onboard.

The yacht is currently cruising the Pacific with an exciting and well-planned itinerary ahead, including French Polynesia, Fiji, Vanuatu, New Zealand and Indonesia, before returning to the Caribbean and Mediterranean. The owner is active and engaged, enjoying diving, hiking and exploring, and often includes crew in experiences, creating a fun, social and inclusive onboard environment. Service is relaxed but still to a high standard, with a focus on a personable, hands-on approach and a positive team atmosphere.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Stew who is confident leading a small interior team, organised, warm in nature and enjoys being part of a close-knit crew. The position offers a starting package of 42 days leave per year (with flexibility for additional leave), a structured programme allowing for forward planning, and ongoing support for training and development. Start date is end of May for handover, with the next trip commencing early June.
