A 45m SY is seeking an experienced First Mate to join their world cruising program. This is a private, family owned yacht with an exciting itinerary ahead that includes Greenland, Greece, Central America and the South Pacific. This is a steady program with good gaps between tips and allowance for sufficient maintenance.

This is a modern performance cruising sloop and the deck runs with a First Mate and deck stew

Candidates must come from a large sailing yacht background and be confident operating large sailing gear and with navigational watches. Must be highly organised and have extensive knowledge of deck maintenance.

Qualifications required: Ideally OOW, but Yacht master ocean min

Itinerary: Greenland- Greece- UK- Central America- Pacific
