A private family estate in Mallorca is seeking a full-time live-in couple to take care of a small portfolio of three private homes located in the Santanyí / Felanitx / Cala d’Or area. This is a long-term opportunity for a capable and trustworthy couple looking to settle into a stable land-based role.

The properties are owned by a German family and their close friends, and are not rented commercially. Usage is throughout the year, but with periods of lower occupancy, making this a manageable and steady position.

The role is split between property maintenance and housekeeping. One person will take responsibility for the general upkeep of the properties, including basic DIY tasks, monitoring systems (heating, shutters, etc.), overseeing the pools (all set up similarly and easy to manage once learned), and coordinating with external contractors such as gardeners. The second role focuses on housekeeping, including cleaning, preparing the homes ahead of arrivals, maintaining standards during guest stays, and assisting with light duties such as clearing after meals or preparing simple food when required.

The estate consists of three houses (two 3-bedroom and one 4-bedroom), each with its own pool, as well as access to golf carts. The couple will be provided with a private 2-bedroom casita on the property, offering a comfortable and self-contained living space. A driving licence for both candidates is essential, as the location requires driving for shopping and errands.

The owners are looking for a reliable, hands-on and self-sufficient couple who can take ownership of the role and ensure the properties are always maintained to a high standard. A positive attitude, flexibility and discretion are key. The ability to work independently and manage day-to-day responsibilities without close supervision is important.

A couple who speak Spanish as well as English is preferred.
