We are seeking a Captain and Cook/Stew couple to join an 80ft SY currently based in St Maarten with a Caribbean and Mediterranean programme ahead. This is a permanent position on a commercially operated vessel, offering a great opportunity for a dynamic and hands-on couple looking to run a yacht together.

The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of the vessel, requiring a commercially endorsed Yachtmaster along with strong all-round operational experience. The Cook/Stew will manage the interior and galley, including provisioning, menu planning and delivering a good standard of guest service. Both roles require a proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work closely together in a small team environment.

We are looking for a positive, well-presented couple with a sporty and resourceful mindset, who enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle. English is essential, with additional languages such as Spanish or French considered a bonus. The package is in line with industry standards, with medical cover and gratuities on top.

The boat runs with a crew of 3 and therefore the set up could be flexible to suit the skills of the Captain and partner.
