A 50m+ sailing yacht is seeking a Chief Stewardess to join in 2 weeks time following a major refit.

The yacht has recently been sold and the new owner is panning for a Med/Caribbean program operating a mix of private and charter use. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a fresh program and establish strong interior standards from the outset.

The owners are accustomed to a high level of service, and are looking for a Chief Stew who can confidently run the interior department, lead by example, and instil consistency and professionalism across the team. You will be responsible for managing an interior team of three, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a high standard of service and presentation.

The successful candidate will also be involved in recruiting a strong Second Stewardess, who will support the department and be capable of stepping into the role during your leave periods.

This role would suit a hands-on, organised and confident Chief Stew with previous experience running interiors on similar-sized yachts. A sailing yacht background is preferred.

The position is offered on an 8:4 rotation, with leave taken during off-season periods and crossings.

Qualifications required: Sail yacht experience preferred but not a must. Minimum 3 years experince.
