A 55m SY is seeking a rotational Chief Stew. This is a busy, private program with a dual season itinerary. The interior runs with 3 stews and they require someone with prior experience leading an interior team on a similar size boat.

The owners expect a high standard of service and organisation. They are looking for someone who can lead by example and nurture a cohesive team. They sail often and like to get to know their crew.

Qualifications required: prior experience as Chief Stew
