Deckhand (lighter stew duties) - 60ft Support vessel - Pacific
A 60ft Vandal motor catamaran is seeking a Deck/Stew to join an exciting support vessel program, working alongside a wider fleet.
This is a hands-on, varied role focused on water sports operations, transfers and guest support. You will be assisting with activities such as kitesurfing and water toys, setting up equipment, finding suitable locations and supporting instructors and guests. The role also includes maintaining the exterior, managing one cabin, and assisting with light service such as drinks and simple snacks.
The ideal candidate will be active, sporty and confident on the water, with strong tender driving skills and ideally a background in diving, kiting or similar. You should be practical, proactive and comfortable working independently, while still being part of a wider team. Some exposure to engine room tasks and shipyard periods is expected.
The program is normally Med/Caribbean, however the vessel will be shipping to Tahiti, arriving around 10th June, where the successful candidate will join. There is an owner trip in July, with further cruising thereafter.
The owners are a young, active family who enjoy water sports and spending time onboard, creating a positive and energetic environment.
Minimum requirements include Powerboat Level 2 and YM, with AEC 1 & 2 preferred.
This is a rotational position with a strong package and long-term potential.
Qualifications required: YM Offshore, PBL2, AEC1 & 2 preferred.

Package: DOE salary, 90 days leave and 13th month bonus.
